ADHD and autism affect people at work and at school every day, often without anyone realising. 101 Clinic works with employers, schools and other organisations who want to help someone get a clear answer and the right support.
For employers
An assessment can help an employee understand why some parts of work feel harder than they should, and give you practical recommendations for reasonable adjustments. Some employers choose to fund assessments as part of their wellbeing or occupational health support.

- The report belongs to the employee, who decides what to share with you
Employees can also apply to Access to Work, a government scheme that can help pay for practical support at work. They do not need a formal diagnosis to apply. Find out more at gov.uk/access-to-work.

For schools and colleges
If you are concerned about a pupil, our child and young person assessments involve parents or carers and gather information from school, so the outcome reflects how the young person is in class as well as at home.
- Teacher questionnaires are part of the assessment process
- Reports include recommendations that can support your SENCo and help plan support
- Reports can support conversations about additional needs, including EHCP applications
- Assessments are arranged with the family, who must give their consent
Schools can share our details with families. We cannot assess a child without the involvement and consent of their parent or carer.
For GPs and other professionals
Patients do not need a referral to book with us, but you are welcome to recommend 101 Clinic to patients who would like a private assessment. With the patient’s consent, we can share our report with you.
