101 Clinic wants everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, including people who are neurodivergent, have a disability, or simply find some websites hard to read.

What we have done
- Clear, plain English and short sections
- High contrast text and large, easy-to-tap buttons
- No flashing content, and animations switched off if your device is set to reduce motion
- Our forms, self-checks and page sections are designed to work with a keyboard
- Images have text descriptions for screen readers
- Our self-check questionnaires can be completed at your own pace, and your answers stay on your device
How accessible is this website?
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Some parts of the website are provided by third-party software, such as our theme and form tools, and may not fully meet this standard. We are working to improve them.
