After assessment, your report may help you identify adjustments or strategies worth discussing with an employer, university or relevant support service.

In higher education, support might involve study strategies, accessibility services, changes to the learning environment or other reasonable adjustments according to the institution’s process.
A diagnosis does not automatically guarantee a specific adjustment, funding arrangement or workplace outcome. The organisation will consider the request within its own legal and operational framework.
You decide whether and when to disclose a diagnosis. Some people share a full report; others prefer to provide only information relevant to the support they are requesting.
The purpose of the post-assessment recommendations is to make the findings usable — not simply to add a diagnostic label to your records.
